- The reading of the 2020 AGM minutes
- The receiving of the Executive Committees report upon the books and accounts of the Association for the preceding financial year.
- The receiving of the Auditor’s Report upon the books and accounts of the Association for the preceding financial year.
- The nomination of members to the Executive Committee for the forthcoming year.
- Any general business connected with the business or affairs of the Association.
- AGM to take place at Club Eastside, 28 Undoolya Road, East Side NT 0870
