Club Eastside Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of each individual's personal

information. We are obliged to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles as set

out in the Privacy Act 1988. Anyone who wishes to learn more about the club's

privacy policy can reach out to the management.

Collection and Storage

The club will only collect and store information directly from an individual when they:

• apply for a membership or update an existing membership
• use the club's products and services
• apply for employment.

Use and Disclosure

Club Eastside inc. will not use or disclose an individual's personal information unless:

• it is required and deemed necessary at the time of collection
• it is for related purposes for which you would reasonably expect it to be used.

The club may also use your details to send marketing information, unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive it.

Openness

Club Eastside Inc. abides by the Australian Privacy Principles and no exemption will be applied. If anyone wishes to learn more about how we handle your information, feel free to speak to management.

Access and Correction

Are your details correct and up-to-date? All members will be given reasonable access to their information, can update their details, and have the ability to opt-out of receiving marketing information from the club.

Amendment

Club Eastside Inc. reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy as required to keep it up-to-date.
